Who's Behind Smash

Chef Ari Weiswasser, his wife Erinn Benziger, and partners Ashley and Spencer Waite are bringing their culinary expertise to a new fast-casual concept. If you've experienced the quality and hospitality at their Glen Ellen Star and Stella restaurants, you know what to expect — the same commitment to finest local ingredients, now in a quick-service format.

What's On the Menu

Smash will feature:

The menu will be available both downstairs at Smash and upstairs at the Beacon. Downstairs, expect spiked shakes, beer, wine, and a rotating selection of the Beacon's cocktails — available seven days a week for lunch and dinner.

Smash is taking over the ground floor of Taub Family Outpost at 497 First Street West. The historic building has housed many Sonoma businesses over the years, and now it's getting a delicious new chapter.
